No coffee maker! Many fees!!! Parking fee for guest?!!! Why?!!! So many things have to change to make this Resort GREAT, starting with staff! It’s a nice Resort and unfortunately we will not be returning. Beds were very hard! Food was good but expensive. Driving 3 hours only to encounter so many issues was disappointing and exhausting. You would think with all the money you are spending here, it would be one of the best experiences while you are making memories with your family! Especially if you’re surprising your son for his 10th Birthday! Double Digits is a BIG DEAL!!!!!! Mark the Manger was horrible and not helpful at all. (Kevin-Manager, Leah, Jenny, Anna, Tania and Brent-luggage) Everywhere else fell short! The worst staff was at the snow tubing area, only about 3 of them get a pass. Poor hospitality of staff! Only a handful that TRULY CARE and ENJOY their job! Front desk Staff was the BEST in the whole entire Resort.
