I buy it, and in my downloads it says “waiting to install” and I click it and press start and it says “Couldn’t find the application. I go to the PSN store and buy Rock Band 4 Rivals Expansion (not the bundle, it says I need RB4 to play and I do). I click Buy Now and it says “this content can it be selected at this time” I go to the Canpaigns tab and see two locked icons and I click on them, it takes me to a screen to buy the Rivals expansion. I go to the store and it continuously “.” and when I try to purchase a song it says “There was a problem completing your purchase” I bought Rock Band 4 today at a store and downloaded it, started playing and realized I wanted more songs. Is something up with the servers right now or am I doing something wrong?
